Being a non-profit organization, the HEAL Project relies on donations from individuals and organizations. Your donation will help the HEAL Project to further its mission of educating and training caregivers to the dying.

All contributions are tax deductible per IRS regulations as the HEAL Project is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit corporation.

Please note that your donation can be directed toward a specific HEAL Project program of your choice by specifying so on the Donation Form.

You may make a donation using your credit card by calling our Donations Department toll-free at (866) 489-HEAL (4325).

To send a donation by mail, download the Donation Form (click here to download) by completing the online membership application form or by downloading the form, printing it and then filling it in with pen or pencil.

Please Note: You cannot complete the form with the Adobe Reader (i.e. if you do not have the full Adobe Acrobat software program) if you intend to e-mail the completed form back to us. The reader will ONLY allow you to print the form after filling in all of the fields. You cannot save or e-mail the form, attempts to do so will result in loss of all information from the form.
